Isaria wins ALDI SÜD for ZAM neighbourhood centre in Freiham
ALDI SÜD HAS SIGNED A 15-YEAR LEASE FOR ALMOST 1,800 SQUARE METRES AT ZAM, A NEW NEIGHBOURHOOD CENTRE ISARIA IS BUILDING IN MUNICH'S FREIHAM DISTRICT.

Justus Rehn led project development for ALDI SÜD's Munich office on this deal, securing space on the ground floor of building MK 2.2 as one of ZAM's anchor retail tenants, alongside organic grocer tegut and Stadtsparkasse München. The wider neighbourhood centre brings around 300 apartments, a 60-metre residential tower, and roughly 11,000 square metres of office, retail, and hospitality space to Freiham, with ALDI SÜD due to open in autumn 2024.
